Address Sign Installed

The custom address sign finally was ready at SPJ Lighting in South El Monte. So I went down, picked it up and installed it in the raised garden bed next to the portico. Looks good.

Day 36

Antonio, Tom and Eladio came this morning to install the craftsman-style lantern and landscape lights. The lantern is the perfect compliment for the portico. And the landscape lights add interest to the new planting beds and rock columns. Very nice.

Day 35

8:26 am...Antonio and crew arrived with more fencing materials to complete the iron fence. Lynne and I did some more crack filling and prep on the portico woodwork over the weekend. We will put up a coat of primer in the next couple of days. We also bought the plants for the garden planting beds between the columns. We will have compost and planting mix delivered this week.
